It's good for the more serious athlete (say 15-25 years old) who is willing to do the more complex lifts. It requires advanced lifting (barbell) techniques which is not suitable for the young or the inexperienced. It doesn't really have any running or technique drills - it is very much a book on conditioning. I wasn't aware of this when I purchased it (I think this should be mentioned up-front) so was initially disappointed but for what it is, it is still useful.Product details

This book was very insightful as well as helpful. It is a great beginners book and will help you to start your workout routine and get you on your way to getting fit.

another short booklet pretending to be a real book. Typical kindle published nonsense. My favorite was the chapter that called itself Science and it was a 2-3 page description of the trade marked definition created by the author.
Utter nonsense. It follows a quick diet fad format - 8 week program took 1.5 seconds away from the author's 100 dash... As if. Mind you its a 3 days a week training program with no technical drills described.
I am still looking for a good book about sprinting, A single youtube video teaches more than these e-published pseudo books.

This book has a lot of information and definitely can give you tips if your wanting to increase your speed. It'll help you no matter your size or speed it definitely helps your knowledge and will increase your ability and techniques.
